OVERVIEW

The Beach House is one of the Nuevo Vallarta Vacation Rentals located 20 minutes North of Puerto Vallarta, overlooking Banderas Bay. From the Entrance to the Spiral Staircase, glistening Pool, Hammock, and ocean beyond, The Beach House marvels in exquisite reflections. Begin each day with a brisk walk on the beach and end your day with Sunset over the Pacific. The Beach House welcomes you with 4 master suites plus a 5th children’s room with 2 twin beds, and awesome pool table. Our staff will meet your every need and comfort.

DINING

Our staff will prepare and serve you breakfast.  For lunch and dinner, if you wish,  we can arrange for a professional chef. Choices for onsite dining include the Dining Room and Poolside Chaise Lounges. There are plenty of great restaurants in downtown Nuevo Vallarta as well.

ENTERTAINMENT

The house has one flat screen tv located in the TV Room where you can watch movies or satellite U.S. stations. Wi Fi is also available as well as Vonage telephone which allows you to make and receive free phone calls to and from the U.S. and Canada. There is also a Pool Table located in the billiard/game table room.

LIVING ROOM

The Living Room opens to the covered patio, Pool and Chaise Lounges, and panoramic ocean views. The beach is directly in front of The Beach House.

GUEST SUITES

This Nuevo Vallarta vacation rental has 4 master suites plus a 5th children’s room with 2 twin beds:

All beds have high-end mattresses, towels, and linens. All 5 suites have screened windows and doors and balconies, ambient soffit lighting, as well as walk-in closets. The bathrooms have top of the line fixtures. 2 of the Master Suites have Jacuzzi tubs.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy swimming in a spacious heated pool. Enjoy the sunset overlooking the ocean, or sunbathe in any of the chaise lounges or relax in the Hammock.

VIEWS

Our Nuevo Vallarta vacation rental has beautiful whitewater beach Views. The waves crashing on the shore are visible from inside all four master suites as well as the living area and pool area. The home is just a steps from the beach with easy access to stroll along the shore, pick up shells, or watch the whales.
