OVERVIEW
Casa Joya Del Mar is one of the Punta Mita Vacation Rentals located inside the prestigious Lagos Del Mar Estates, only 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, overlooking Banderas Bay. From the courtyard entrance to the marble interior, glistening pool, and ocean beyond, Casa Joya Del Mar marvels in exquisite reflections. Begin each day with sunrise over the Pacific. Casa Joya Del Mar welcomes you with three cascading fountains, a gourmet kitchen and six guest suites. Our home has six full-time staff members, including Francisco, our bi-lingual concierge, and Odaris, our cook and housekeeping manager. They are happy to meet your every need and comfort.
GUEST SUITES
This Punta Mita vacation rental has four large master suites, plus a mini suite and a smaller bedroom for kids with four bunk beds:
All beds have high-end mattresses, towels, and linens. All master suites have screened elegant shutters, ambient soffit lighting, as well as walk-in closets. Two of the spacious master bathrooms have large jacuzzi tubs and all have top of the line fixtures. The other master suite has an extra large private outdoor shower with a lounging sofa.
KITCHEN
The Gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful solid wood cabinetry and Wolf stainless steel appliances.
DINING
Our staff will prepare and serve you breakfast and lunch. For the evening meal, if you wish, we can arrange for a professional chef. Choices for on-site dining include Large Granite Island in the kitchen, an indoor large Formal Dining Room, or the Outside Dining Area on the covered Veranda; or under the Pergola by the pool and BBQ. There are plenty of great restaurants both inside and just outside the Punta Mita gates.
ENTERTAINMENT
The house has eight flat screen Smart TV’s: one in each bedroom, the media room, the game room, and fitness room where you can watch IPTV using our high-speed wireless network. Our Fitness Room has an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, yoga accessories, and free weights. The Media Room has ample seating and air conditioning to make you comfortable. Our Game Room has a bar and beverage cooler, a game table, and sitting areas that are wonderful areas for guests to relax.
GRAND LIVING ROOM
The Grand Living Room opens fully to the veranda, Pool and Chaise Lounges, Golf Course, and panoramic ocean views. It’s only a short stroll to the beach.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy swimming in a spacious heated infinity pool with three levels. Relax in the Jacuzzi overlooking the golf course and the ocean below the green, or sunbathe in any of the chaise lounges or the outdoor queen size canopied Poolside Day Bed. The expansive Outdoor Living Area offers hours of entertainment, spectacular views, privacy and relaxation.
VIEWS
Our Punta Mita vacation rental has beautiful whitewater beach views. The waves crashing on the shore are visible from inside all four master suites as well as the living area and pool area. The home is 150 yards from the 7th green and the beach below. Step out onto your Guest Suite Deck and enjoy the view overlooking the lush Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. A golfer’s paradise, steps away from the 7th Fairway.
