We had very high hopes for this trip and the house and the staff more than delivered. Starting from our first interactions with Russ, the owner, all the way from our sad departure at the airport with Francisco, it was 100% excellent service and beautiful accommodations.

We have stayed in a few houses in this area and this was our favorite. The layout is perfect and spectacular. The big, great room that opens up to the outdoor pool area was lovely. It gave our large group plenty of space to all be together but never feel remotely crowded. The large square dining room table made every mealtime a delight and the outdoor dining area was also well used.

Francisco, Reina, Nuni and Karina were awesome at making us feel welcome and well taken care of. And we definitely enjoyed many nights of Israel’s amazing culinary delights.

The bedrooms were all beautiful and spaced out in a way that each felt very private and gave all of us our own piece of paradise.

We are already thinking about when we can return to Casa Joys Del Mar!

We enjoyed this wonderful home with 6 couples for a long birthday weekend in January. The house is perfect for a large group with plenty of space and beautiful view over the golf course with beach in background. The service from planning to throughout our stay was top notch for any need. The food prepared was fresh and delicious. Access to the beach clubs were a lot of fun. The area of Punta Mita is such a special spot in Mexico. We will be back. Thank you.

Everything about Casa Joya del Mar exceeded my high expectations.The villa and surrounding area are way more beautiful in person than the photos. I would say the Casa Joya del Mar is an idyllic location for a warm weather holiday. Natural beauty extraordinaire, the perfect little town with everything you would need, top-notch restaurants and darling little boutiques – a 10 minute golf cart trip away. Gorgeous views, lush greenery, privacy, peace and quiet.I was equally impressed with the people that took care of us, as I was with the Villa and Punta Mita and it’s amazing activities.My entire family received ‘Four Seasons’ service from booking through the stay, to our departure. Francisco is a true gem: delightful, fun and funny. Responsive to all of our needs, anticipating them before we did. We felt very fortunate to have him as our concierge, he has a wealth of local knowledge and knows how to take care of all members of the family and their various needs.The chef, housekeeping crew were wonderful too.I would 100% recommend the villa and 100% plan to return if I were to be so lucky.My whole family fell in love with Casa Joya, Punta Mita and Mexico! warm weather, but also the warmest of people.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Casa Joya del Mar.  Every aspect of this vacation was amazing, starting with our communication with the homeowner, Russ, who was very responsive to all our inquiries regarding the rental.  Francisco, our concierge, went above and beyond in catering to our every need, including coordinating meals, arranging a snorkeling trip, and making unbelievable margaritas! We traveled with 4 families, a total of 16 people, and the house more than accommodated our large group.  The beds were comfortable, the house kept spotless by the wonderful staff, and the pool kept our 8 children entertained.  Israel, the chef, made 3 delicious meals a day.  I would highly recommend having him stay to prepare dinner, which was always fantastic.  The common area was perfect for our large group to dine together. Casa Joya del Mar provided the vacation of a lifetime and we can’t wait to back next year. Thanks again for everything…will be in touch on fall 2018!

Prior to arrival the communication with the homeowner (Russ) and the concierge (Fransisco) was amazing. The two of them wanted everything to be perfect for you and your family. Upon arrival, Fransisco met us at the airport with a friendly smile and cold bottles of water for the ride to the property. Once you arrive at the property you will be amazed at how wonderful it truly is. The home and the people that staff the home are absolutely perfect. Fransisco booked all of our events and coordinated everything for us from dinners to daily events. We could not have asked for more in our 5 days in Punta Mita.

Wow! Beginning with Francisco picking us up from the airport with cold water bottles – The pampering never Stopped! Every excursion was booked for us and attended to for the best price. Massages on site, Israel – the personal chef was Amazing!!! My family still raves about the food – loved by adults, teens and children – He pleased every taste & was attentive to allergies as well. The house is one luxury after another! A split floor plan so guests are not on top of each other – bathrooms in every bedroom & with the workout room. My kids loved touring the area in the 2 golf carts which were so convenient to drive. You are secluded enough to enjoy your privacy, yet remarkably around the corner from the town & excursions! We enjoyed Paddleboarding, Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Marieta Islands, snorkeling, Swimming with Dolphins and more!! We can’t wait to return and go Deep Sea fishing, four-wheeling & Ziplining through this beautiful paradise. Relaxing by the pool every evening we enjoyed constant fresh fruit – delicious Mangoes! – and constant Pina Coladas. Every dinner was wrapped up with a new amazing dessert. The House Staff kept everything clean and fresh, Linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets are all provided and kept up remarkably well. We can not say enough wonderful things about this house and the people there to help you. Francisco takes care of any and everything & is truly what puts this home above any and all others! You won’t regret it! Book this house ASAP – for the best vacation you’ll ever have 🙂

We just returned from 6 nights at Casa Joya and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the whole experience was for us. There were seven of us, including our 3 teenage sons and my wife’s parents. There is plenty of room in the house for more people. We spread out and still didn’t use one of the bedrooms. The house layout is fantastic with a wonderful living/dining/kitchen area that opens up completely to the outside during the day while keeping all the bedroom doors closed keeps them nicely air conditioned. The use of the golf cart and the Suburban within the Punta Mita gates sets this house apart as we easily went out and about to the village, the beaches and the golf club. The house is beautiful, the Punta Mita development is beautiful, but the most amazing thing about this house is the staff of Francisco and Reina. Reina keeps the house clean and beautiful every day and Francisco is a master concierge, putting you at ease while taking care of everything you can think of including getting us a great chef for the week at a reasonable cost. Between Francisco and the chef, we had all meals covered and I highly recommend you take this option. We ended up going out for dinner just one evening because it was so wonderful to sit down at the table as a family each meal and enjoy the 5-star service from Francisco and his team. Any type of group could have a wonderful time here and I hope to be back again next year.

“Lagos Dos” was spectacular! This was our first time staying in a “home” with our family for a vacation. We have stayed at the Four Seasons Punta Mita a few times and loved the area, so when we saw the stunning pictures of Casa Joya Del Mar we thought we’d give it a try as our four children were older now (teens and college-age) and we needed a bit more room…best decision ever! First of all, the pictures do not do this wonderful home justice. As we toured the property upon arriving, we were speechless. From the luxurious pool area (the new pool lounge chairs were perfect) to the beautifully decorated great room…the home is stunning. Each bedroom suite was fabulous! We played cards in the game room at night, watched movies upstairs in the entertainment room, relaxed by the pool during the day and after dinner. And the view from the pool…wow!!!! We felt very “at home” at Casa Joya Del Mar. But the home was not the only aspect that made this vacation one of our favorites…it was the service. Francisco (we still mention his name all the time) and Reina, made this vacation! They were there for us when we needed them, but also very behind the scenes. Francisco was truly a professional!!…very courteous, knowledgeable, service oriented and a whole lot of fun! His fish tacos and margaritas by the pool for lunch..it just doesn’t get better. The owners are very lucky to have found him. He arranged our outings(ATV’s and boating), made our restaurant reservations, drove us where we needed to go, gave us a tour of the area so we were familiar with our surroundings when we arrived, and just made sure we were always happy! It could not have been better! For our next visit, we will definately get the chef (Isreal) to come in more to cook dinner. He was wonderful…better than the Four Seasons and so much more reasonably priced! Russ, Francisco and Reina, thank you for making our trip one we will never forget. We cannot wait to return!

I can truly say that everything about our stay was truly Amazing! Russ, the owner was so easy and accommodating to work with when booking our stay and it only got better from there! My wife and I along with our friends have been going to Puerto Vallarta for many years and we have had the opportunity to stay at many Villas in PV and I can tell you that those Villas were Beautiful and had great staff but this Villa takes the cake. From the views to the decor to the swimming pool everything was Amazing…the pictures on the website do not do it justice. And just when you think it can’t get better it does with as Francisco and Reina took great care of us and catered to our every need. We all would highly recommend Francisco’s Fish Tacos and make sure you get Israel one of the Chef’s to make some dinners as his food is awesome and a must have desert is the Hot Chocolate Lava Cake…a definite must! As the website says, the house is right on the Seventh fairway so we golfed twice so when we got to the seventh hole we hit our tee-shots…mark our balls and then stopped at the house for breakfast once and lunch once (Where Francisco and Reina prepared great meals) and then went on to finish the round…really doesn’t get better than that! The only downside with the house is that you never want to leave it. But if you do we would recomment going to Margarita’s in the small town of Punta Mita…Francisco will make the res, and going to the St. Regis Beach club for sunset drinks. We will definitley be back sooner than later so thanks to Russ, Francisco and Reina for a great vacation!

My entire family (mom, dad, brothers, wives, and kids – 8 adults and 4 kids under the age of 3) rendevouzed in Punta Mita the first week of October 2011 and were mind blown the moment we walked in the door of this amazing home. The pictures do not do this place justice! The house far exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were pretty high. But, the house was not the greatest part of the vacation. Francisco (our concierge for the week) turned a week vacation into something people only dream of – we never lifted a finger. Francisco took care of all of our needs, whether it was day trips to Saulita, drinks, tours of the surrounding area, or anything else we wanted to do. Plus, he brought such a joyful spirit to work each day that we could not help but smile whenever he was around. The second part of the experience that turned a great vacation into an unforgettable experience was hiring Israel (the chef) to come in and cook for us each day. Israel made some of the most amazing meals we have ever eaten!

We spent a week at Casa Joya Del Mar wtih two other couples in perfect weather, playing golf, laying on the beach, being pampered by the house staff, and sampling local cuisine. I would return in a flash. This is the most restful vacation we have ever taken. The vistas are breath taking. The golf course is difficult to over rate. The house staff were solicitous and attentive. Francisco makes a breakfast worthy of the Four Seasons where he was previously employed and his fish tacos are to die for. We had a glorious time! It is worth every peso!

For the past 3 years our family of 11 has spent one week each year at Casa Joya del Mar. It has become an annual event and we wouldn’t dream of spending our vacation at any other place. As our family has said “How can you compete with Paradise?” We can’t think of a better place to relax, unwind and spend good quality time together than there. Francisco, the always available, agreeable and friendliest concierge helps to set the stage for our vacation. Reina, the kind and caring housekeeper never fails to keep everything in tip top shape for us and is always there with clean towels by the pool, and a ready smile as well. We have also taken advantage of the availability of a 5 star chef, arranged by Francisco, who helps us to further enjoy our time together by preparing fresh meals that are custom-made to our taste and liking. As reluctant as we are to ever leave Casa Joya del Mar we have ventured out to enjoy zip lining, the nearby water park, golf and various beaches as well. Even though we have recently returned from there, we have already begun to count down the days until we can return to our wonderful Punta Mita family once again!

What a luxurious experience! I have been to Mexico several times, to all inclusive resorts and other luxury properties, but nothing comes close to comparing to this experience! Immediately after getting through the Puerto Vallarta airport, the home concierge, Francisco, was waiting for us with an inviting smile at the passenger greeting area. We were driven to the home via the house vehicle (Tahoe). I felt Very safe and comfortable, knowing that we were in good hands with Francisco. The resort has everything you could ask for. Whether you want to golf, read, swim, play games, wisk around the resort via the home’s golf-cart, or just relax, this place has it all! Everything else about the property was 5-star standard – I honestly can’t think of a single thing I would change. And must mention the meals cooked by Francisco and Reina… DYNAMITE! They worked around our schedules, which made it convenient and delicious! I felt safe, pampered, comfortable and extremely happy at this house. I would Absolutely recommend this property to my friends and family for the ultimate Mexican luxury vacation and I Can’t Wait To Go Back!

I have stayed at numerous VRBO listed properties throughout North America, and this luxurious home in Punta Mita is #1 on my list by a WIDE margin. Picture the amentities of a 5-star luxury hotel with the privacy of an exclusive, gated community – this property exceeded my every expectation. My girlfriend and another couple previewed a variety of vacation options before choosing this home. The house is in IMMACULATE condition with EVERY luxury feature you would want in a vacation property. Francisco, the house concierge, provided the highest level of customer service – and his cooking was absolutely amazing! Each bedroom is a suite which would rival that of Ritz Carlton and the infinity pool provides tranquility that you would only find on your own private island. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Punta Mita, let alone the entire country of Mexico. Would I stay here again? – 100% yes!

My wife and I, along with some friends, recently spent a week at this outstanding home. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bath. Because the home is so spacious it hardly seemed like 8 people were there. The home comes with a maid and Francisco who will care for your every need. This is pure luxury, Mexico style. Because the home is located on the 7th fairway, we actually stopped in for breakfast, (which Francisco had prepared) during our morning round of golf. The view of the ocean during the sunrise each morning was breathtaking. The only problem with this home was leaving. We can’t wait for our next visit to Punta Mita.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your fabulous estate in Punta Mita! It was the most luxurious rental accommodation I have ever experienced, with every amenity I could dream of. I loved having a daily maid service–it really feels like a vacation when you don’t even have to make your bed or wash your own dishes. The house itself is magnificent–I love the marble stairs leading to each private bedroom. The furnishings are stunning, and the beds are very comfortable! My favorite thing was the private indoor/outdoor shower. Or maybe it was the three beautiful water fountains; or perhaps the gourmet kitchen with three(!) ovens. Really, it was the terrific view of the bay from the lounge bed by the pool. I highly recommend this property–the pictures don’t even do it justice!
