Housekeeper & Cook:
This vacation rental in Punta Mita comes with a villa staff of 6. Reina is both our housekeeper and cook. Reina’s daughter Odaris helps with the housekeeping. Raul takes care of the garden and pool. Israel is a wonderful chef. He and his assistant Karina are available to prepare the dinner meal at the request of the guests. Israel will prepare breakfast and lunch on Sunday when Raina and Francisco take the day off. She makes every stay at Casa Joya Del Mar an enjoyable and memorable one! You will have a relaxing and pleasurable stay.
Each day, Reina will wake you with the tempting smells of her signature breakfasts. Whether served at one of our indoor or outdoor dining tables or poolside, you will enjoy her tempting treats! Reina will also do your personal laundry.
Francisco and Reina work 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, and relax on Sunday. Other staff members will be available to take care of the housekeeping and meal preparation on Sunday.
FRANCISCO
Concierge:
Francisco is our bilingual house concierge. He has been taking care of our guests for over 14 years. He will do pre-arrival grocery shopping and coordinate airport pick-ups with a professional transportation company. He will assist the guests with their meal menus and make sure that their every need is met, including arranging fun activities. Francisco can mix your drinks and serve you poolside.
Having lived in the U.S. for several years, his knowledge and ability to converse in both English and Spanish allows our guests the comfort of knowing he understands their every need. During your stay, he can arrange your activities.
He will be able to make arrangements that please even the most demanding guests. While you are relaxing at the pool, Francisco will mix your drinks and serve them poolside. At the end of your stay, he will oversee you back to the airport.
